In recent years, the area has become increasingly sought after, as buyers are priced out of neighbouring German Colony and Old Katamon. It offers a similar stone-built Jerusalem charm, strong walkability to Emek Refaim, and a mix of older buildings alongside tasteful renovations and boutique developments.
