Ben made Aliyah just over 15 years ago, and went straight into Jerusalem real estate sales. Prior to that, he spent 3–4 years selling in Hendon and Mayfair in the UK. He has been active in Jerusalem real estate for 15 years and has served as CEO of Capital for the past 9 years. Ben is deeply passionate about helping people invest in and relocate to Jerusalem and Israel. He has also been heavily involved in organizing and running over 500 events worldwide to guide people through moving to and purchasing homes in Israel. Ben lives near Emek Refaim street, with his wife and two children.

Les made Aliyah 13 years ago from Sydney, Australia. He has a strong background as a CFO in retail and was one of the main investors in CapitIL at its inception in 2017, where he remains actively involved in the company’s finances and management. He is passionate about horse racing, and even owns two racehorses in Australia. Les lives near Emek Refaim in Jerusalem and is grateful that all four of his children and 13 grandchildren have also made Aliyah and are living in Israel.

Shmuly grew up in Amsterdam, Holland, and has since lived and worked internationally across Holland, New York, London, and Israel, shaping his ability to serve a global clientele. He brings over 25 years of experience in tech sales, including 3 years specifically in real estate. After two decades of helping Israeli companies grow their tech businesses abroad, Shmuli felt a calling to help foreigners invest in Israel in a more personal way and find their homes here. Shmuly is multilingual, fluent in English, Hebrew, Dutch, German, and Yiddish. He is a devoted husband and father of four, currently living in San Simon, Jerusalem.

Sara was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and made Aliyah in 2015 from Pittsburgh, where she lived and went to school. She brings over 9 years of experience across hospitality and property management, including 5 years specifically in property management. She has been part of our team for over a year, where she plays a key role in day-to-day operations. Sara lives in Maale Adumim, with her husband and two-year-old son.

Yitz grew up in Efrat, Israel, and has spent the past 15 years working in Jerusalem real estate. He has built an extremely strong track record as a highly experienced and successful sales professional. Yitz joined the team this year, and in the short time he has been with us has already become an invaluable member. Known for his deep understanding of the Jerusalem market, he brings both expertise and commitment to every client interaction. Yitz speaks fluent English and Hebrew, and lives in Mekor Chaim, Jerusalem, with his wife and three children.

Hadassah made Aliyah in 2023 from New York. She grew up in Boca Raton and Philadelphia, and went on to study Art at Columbia University. She has been in charge of designing all the graphics and marketing content for the company for the past year and a half. Hadassah got married last year, and lives in Katamonim, Jerusalem. She also recently adopted two cats.

Sela made Aliyah a year and a half ago from Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Stern College where she studied art and business, and has quickly become a valuable part of the team since joining. Sela recently got married and lives in Katamonim, Jerusalem.

Rebecca was born and raised in Newton, Massachusetts. She went on to study at the University of Maryland, where she graduated with a degree in Psychology. She made aliyah in 2022 and immediately drafted to the IDF, where she served for two years. Rebecca has been an important part of the team for almost a year as Ben Levene’s executive assistant, supporting day-to-day operations and client communications. She lives in Arnona, Jerusalem, with her husband.

Avi was born and raised in Ma’ale Adumim to American parents who made Aliyah from New York and New Jersey. He brings a unique combination of expertise to the team, speaking fluent English and Hebrew, and working as both a licensed tour guide and a licensed realtor. This gives him a broad and in-depth knowledge of Israel and its many regions. Avi is a father of four and, over the past 2.5 years, has completed more than 400 days of reserve duty in the Combat Engineering unit of the IDF. He joined the office last February and has been a valuable member of the team ever since.

Zack grew up in Manchester, UK, and has lived in Israel for the last 8 and half years. He has been with CapitIL for about 3 and a half years, where he initially built the company’s property database, giving him strong and detailed market knowledge. He primarily works with Anglo clients, and has a deep understanding of their needs and preferences. He is happily married with two young boys and lives in Beit Shemesh.

Jonny made Aliyah with his wife from Golders Green, London, in 2021, joining his children who were already living here. After many years working in IT, he transitioned into real estate sales over the past year. He was drawn to join the team by the company’s vision of helping people from around the world find their home in Israel. Jonny lives with his wife in Jerusalem, near Emek Refaim. He is fortunate to have all four of his children, as well as two grandchildren, living in Israel.

Judith was born in Hungary and grew up in London before moving to Israel in 1997. She is multilingual, having studied French, German, and Russian, with a specialty in French legal and technical language. Judith is a mother of four—two sons and two daughters. She feels privileged to help people buy and rent homes in Jerusalem, the heart of the Jewish world, as well as across Israel.

Having personally experienced the challenges of relocating to a new country, he understands exactly what his clients are going through. His goal is to help individuals and families find not just a property, but the right home in the Holy Land—one that fits their needs, their dreams, and sets them up for a strong and meaningful future in Israel.
